Lemba (who works for an event/com company) told me that anyone who wants to organize a (visible) event in the country need to ask an autorization from the GPL (governo provincial).
It raises again the problem of the lack of juridic status. We can
- create an association from zero (better but longer)
- be part of an existing one
But this has to resolved specifically if money is involved (prices, sponsors, ...)
Lemba gave me a contact of someone who might able to sort all theses things out.
